I just wondered why NHS kept sending me GP Patient Survey and I have received about 15 of them in the last 3 years. I have 0.0001% GP or NHS attendance record.
I know people with 100% attendance record with NHS and their GP; they will call the GP if they farted twice in one day and they want to know why.
I just don't know why they will keep on sending the survey document to me when they have consistently not received a reply on over 14 survey documents
