The attention of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has been drawn to a Facebook post by one Theophilus Terson Ortese communicating the ICPC Toll-Free numbers stating that ICPC is monitoring a so-called “Theobarth Grant Disbursement”.
ICPC by this notice wishes to inform the general public that the Commission is not in any way partnering with, or monitoring the Theobarth Global Foundation Grant. Anybody that deals with them does so at his/her own risk.
Members of the public are advised to beware of those who use the name and telephone numbers of ICPC as a cover for activities unknown to the Commission, and to report any such incidents to the Commission on toll free lines 0800-2255-4272 or email to info@icpc.gov.ng.Post is under moderationStream item published successfully. Here our research about this so called TheoBarth Global Foundation Grant
The foundation has never been heard of until late 2021
They have no digital footprint (No Website)
No email address
No Physical Office
At least if anyone wants to scam you - make them spend some money and do some hardwork -- please don't go too cheap for your scammers
Here are the questions this organization and the groups promoting it have failed to answer.
Who is giving out this money to Nigerians?
Which country are they from?
When did they first arrived in Nigeria?
Have they ever issued any grant before and who were their beneficiaries?
Who are the board members of this TheoBarth Global Foundation?
What is their Net worth collectively and individually?
What is the biography of the individual board members?
What organization have they managed in the past?
Where is their Head Office and Local Offices?
Let me share with you their strategy:
They will use your Pastors, Imams and Local Council leaders to mobilize people and then spread it through the word of mouth.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
You must have been asked to donate ₦5000 or ₦10000 to facilitate and get the group organized because this TheoBarth Global Foundation wants an organized groups where the members have known identity and not a ghost list of people.
Before you know it, you will start donating towards preparing meal for the representative of this TheoBarth Global Foundation, booking hotel and paying for their flights as you will be told they are coming from Abuja today and Canada tomorrow. The cycle will never end.
So think, if the church or the local community group you enrolled for this fake TheoBarth Global Foundation Grant has 17000 members, all they need is about 15000 people who will donate ₦5000 -- Now multiply ₦5000 by 15000 people, that is about ₦75000000 million.
You have just made fake people, fake organization and scammers a millionaire.

WHY BREXIT LOOKS DIFFICULT? The MPs are thinking about the unity of UK, BREXIT voters are thinking about sovereignty, Scotland is looking for opportunity/circumstance to breakout of UK-union hence if the outcome of Brexit results in economic hardship, it will open the door for Scottish referendum. Civil unrest may breakout in Northern Ireland if hard-border is to be erected between Rep. Ireland and Northern Island which may lead to re-union of Ireland and Wales may also take the opportunity to ask for independence.
All these unforeseen circumstances are the things the MPs wont say outside or to the media but these are legitimate worries that are tearing the parliament apart.
