History
Ekiti was an independent state prior to the British conquest. It was one of the many Yoruba states in what is today Nigeria. Ekiti as a nation and districts of Yoruba race had her progeny in Oduduwa, the father and progenitor of Yoruba race. Just like every major subethnic division in Yorubaland. Ekiti has her origin from Ile-Ife (the cradle land of Yorubaland). The Olofin, one of the sons of the Oduduwa had sixteen(16) children and in the means of searching for the new landto develop, they all journeyed out of Ile-Ife as they walked through the Iwo - Eleru(crave) near Akure and had stop over at a place called Igbo-Aka(forest of termites) closer to Ile-Oluji.
The Olofin, the sixteen children and some other beloved people continued with there journey, but when they got to a particular lovely and flat land, the Owa-Obokun(the monachy of Ijesha land) and Orangun of Ila decided to to stay in the present Ijesha and Igomina land of in Osun state. While the remaining fourteen(14) children continued with the journey and later settled in the present day of Ekiti land. They discovered that there were many hills in the place and thay said in their mother's language that this is 'Ile olokiti' the land of hills. Therefore the OKITI later blended to EKITI. So EKITI derived her name through hills.

The modern Ekiti state was formed from part of Ondo in 1996.
Ekiti's claim to being a fountain of knowledge is partially based on its surfeit of highly educated citizenry , and especially excellent Professors who have made global marks or are pioneers in their fields. These include, Late Professor BO Osuntokun NNOM, the most cited African Scientist, late Professor Olubunmo, the first Nigerian Professor of Mathematics ( Chike was the first PHD in maths,but not the first Professor), Professor JF Ade Ajayi NNOM, piooner and eminent historian. There was a time when 8 out of 10 Deans of Faculty at the University of Ife, were Ekiti in origin. However, recently, the Nigerian National Order of Merit (NNOM) seems to have orchestrated a "black out" against Ekiti scholars/ Academics. Well qualified scholars who pioneered their including in Neurosurgery, cardiovascular medicine, Sciences fields have been denied recognition, while less capable and accomplished ones have been rewarded. There seems to be a "network" in the NNOM that is bent on making Ekitis claim or boast unfounded, and they are from our former state.

Comprehensive High School is a secondary school in Aiyetoro, a district in the Egbado Division of South Western, Nigeria.
Just after Nigeria attained independence in 1960, the authorities began to consider the problem of manpower needs and the desirability of having a secondary school system more closely related to such needs.
A nationwide review of the secondary school system was undertaken, arising from both direct initiative and external advice. Sixth form work in science subjects was given top priority together with the introduction of technical streams at the school-certificate level.
The then Western Region government, with external assistance from USAID (Harvard University) who provided staffing resources and Ford Foundation (who provided funding until 1973), established Comprehensive High School Aiyetoro in February 1963.
The school was the second Comprehensive School in the country, after Government Comprehensive Secondary School, Port Harcourt, which was founded in 1962 through the collaboration of the then Eastern Nigeria Government and USAID, with its foundation instructors coming from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Comprehensive High School, Aiyetoro is situated on a 171-hectare land, 37 kilometers west of Abeokuta; it was founded as an experiment based on the philosophy proposed by the now belated founders, the Dr. Adam Skapski, Chief B. Somade, Judson T. Shaplin and John Monro “Champion of the disadvantaged, as contained in an April 21, 1962 article published in the Harvard College, Cambridge, MA daily newspaper “Harvard Crimson”
School Anthem
LAND of our Birth, we pledge to thee
Our love and toil in the years to be;
When we are grown and take our place
As men and women with our race.
Father in Heaven who lovest all,
Oh, help Thy children when they call;
That they may build from age to age
An undefiled heritage.
Teach us to bear the yoke in youth,
With steadfastness and careful truth;
That, in our time, Thy Grace may give
The Truth whereby the Nations live.
Teach us to rule ourselves alway,
Controlled and cleanly night and day;
That we may bring, if need arise,
No maimed or worthless sacrifice.
Teach us to look in all our ends
On Thee for judge, and not our friends;
That we, with Thee, may walk uncowed
By fear or favour of the crowd.
Teach us the Strength that cannot seek,
By deed or thought, to hurt the weak;
That, under Thee, we may possess
Man's strength to comfort man's distress.
Teach us Delight in simple things,
And Mirth that has no bitter springs;
Forgiveness free of evil done,
And Love to all men 'neath the sun!
Land of our Birth, our faith, our pride,
For whose dear sake our fathers died;
Oh, Motherland, we pledge to thee
Head, heart and hand through the years to be!

Nissan X-Trail is a compact crossover SUV produced by the Japanese automaker Nissan since 2000. Due to its length gain in its third generation, it is now considered a mid-size crossover SUV. It was one of Nissan's first crossover SUVs and was released about the same time as several other companies competing car-based compact SUVs including the Suzuki Grand Vitara, Ford Escape and its Mazda Tribute sibling, the Hyundai Tucson, Honda CR-V and the Toyota RAV4.
The X-Trail is positioned below the truck-based Xterra and Pathfinder. The Rogue shares the same platform as the second-generation X-Trail and is very similar to the Qashqai.
The X-Trail's All-Mode 4x4 transmission transfer case enables the driver to select between 2WD, 4WD or 4WD Lock through an electronic switch on the dashboard. The company currently offers a hydrogen fuel cell model named the X-Trail FCV on lease to businesses.
The main production plants of the X-Trail are in Kanda, Fukuoka, Kyushu, Japan (2000–present); though parts and engines that are produced in Japan are also assembled by other Nissan plants in numerous countries

Some have been finding their way into the UK since 2012. Expensive but it is by far Toyota's best selling MPV in Japan.
The original Alphard from 2002 to 2007 was a Japanese domestic market model, RHD only, but many found their way out of the country as 'grey' exports, particularly once they were more than 7 years old.
Some of Toyota Alphard's benefits includes:
Luxurious design
Fuel efficiency
Low maintenance cost and adaptability.
The second generation 2008 to 2015 included a hybrid and was exported to countries such as China, Thailand and Malaysia.
This club is created to bring together owners, users, sellers, buyers and repairers together to share their buying, selling, importing, ownership and usage experience.
